Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager
Tony Tursich co-founded Pearl Wealth LLC and serves as Chief Investment Officer. He is also the lead portfolio manager for Pearl Impact Capital portfolios.
Tony has managed investment portfolios for individuals and institutions for more than 20 years. He helped develop and launch the Portfolio 21 Global Equity Fund in 1999 and managed it through July 2018 for Trillium Asset Management and Portfolio 21 Investments. Tony has also managed other investment strategies with an emphasis on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors over the course of his career.
Sustainability has always been a core component of his work. Tony realized its value and relevance early in his career through meeting with and learning from leading environmental scientists and non-profits. He strongly believes that responsible practices are key to long term success and that recognition and analysis of ESG risks and opportunities are necessary to comprehend the true potential and downside risks of an investment.
Tony is an Investment Advisory Board Member for Multnomah County and is a member of the CFA Society of Portland. He is also an adjunct instructor at Portland State University. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing tennis, skiing and traveling back to his home town of Bozeman, MT.

Director of Client Services
Gretchen Cole co-founded Pearl Wealth and is the Director of Client Services.
Gretchen started her career in 2000 working with clients at Columbia Funds and quickly realized that helping clients accomplish their financial goals was as rewarding as scoring a goal or hitting a homerun. She transitioned to working directly with individuals and families in 2001, and officially re-settled in Portland in 2004 after her husband surprised her with the decision to take over her parents family business.
Her work with clients has ranged from individual investors to high net worth families; answering questions about small purchases to how to rent an airplane. Every relationship and situation has been a learning experience and Gretchen has thrived on the challenges of problem solving, efficiency, and adding a bit of levity to even the most difficult of projects.
Gretchen is constantly in motion as she tries to keep up with her boys and husband. As a family they participate on no less than 5 sports teams at a time, cheer on the Thorns, Timbers and Blazers, and are slowly adding to their collection of countries that they have visited. Gretchen is a past board member of the Hollywood Soccer Club and currently serves as an At Large Member of the Portland Youth Soccer Association board.
